Noticing and delighting has saved me in the past year. I was in a dark place and Spirit lead me to two books which started this journey: One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voskamp and Book of Delights by Ross Gay. Since then, my delight list has become a combination of just pure delight and gratitude. And that link is just the curated one — I have a much larger private version.
